Bananas are a BIG deal around here...my kiddos hardly ever get them because they are high in Phe. Nearly 60 Phe per banana and my kiddos only get 125 Phe per day!! These are the type of calculations we do every day to feed our kiddos...see why I'm so adamant about our fundraiser to find a cure for PKU?!? We would love to let our kids have a banana EVERYDAY!!
