Aaaand we're off...heading out of town for the weekend! We are most definitely not light travelers...planning and packing every single meal is, well stressful! Hoping I haven't forgot anything...if nothing else, we packed a little girl!

Soooo...I was definitely the mom that showed up to drop her kid off at preschool, only to be told...no school today! Awesome. Zay walks away and says "well that's confusing" ...I guess some Frozen tattoos, trains, and Curious George will fill our morning!

"Don't worry, Mommy...I'm just checking to see if there is any popcorn in her" ....and so he thinks we go to the chiropractor to "pop" the popcorn that's inside of us... @jenhinsch

When I was younger, I begged my dad not to take the scenic route... The older I get the more I realize, sometimes the view is worth your time. :)

Only our Ellie...Picture on the left: Our girl waiting for her doctor appt. She is proudly holding her "pee cup" and moments later...she pulls the FIRE ALARM...sirens, flashing lights, doors closing...we made our presence known! Thankfully UIHC security forgives quickly!! Picture on the right: my sweet and strong baby girl after her echocardiogram and lab work. Pretty sure she can pull every emotion out of me within a matter of minutes! # Ayyaiyai

She packed her sippy cup and snack in her bag and now is standing at the door looking at me like "how long until we leave to take me to school, mom??" Sorry baby girl...I'm keeping you at home with mommy for at least another year! #staylittlealittlelonger
