Silly Ellie!
I said "Bailey, you stink"...Ellie proceeds to try to put a diaper on the dog! Guess I shouldn't use that phrase so much with Elle! You stink = new diaper! ;)

Day 26 - 40 Days of Blogging
Zay took it upon himself to dig out every single hat we own. Nice of him. He was certainly proud when he found a hat that had a 'hat clip light' attached to it...it was the "coolest hat he'd ever seen!!! Then of course his sister insisted on wearing a hat too...so why not a backwards stocking hat of your brother's. Never dull around here, never dull.

Day 21 - 40 Days of Blogging
Bailey...this poor little dog. She goes through a lot of trauma in a day. Kids chasing her. Kids pulling her hair. Kids teasing her with food. Or giving her too much food, so she's a tad overweight. She is well loved, but pays a heavy price for some of that love! ;)
No worries though, it seems she is repaying us for some of the trauma. Like last fall we had our first experience with fleas. Ick!! And now she seems to have some sort of bladder control issue. It's not bad, but the last couple days, I have found these random 'accidents' (thank goodness for hardwood floors!). They are super tiny, but still an issue! She also had an accident while laying in her dog bed, hence she is wet from a bath in this pic!
So anyway, I call the vet...who tells me to get a urine sample. Seriously? I ask how I'm supposed to go about this...seems as though I will be following our four-legged family member around with a pie tin to try to catch some urine. Nice.
On another note, anyone want to dog sit for us this weekend? Instructions are fairly simple. Just carry a pie tin and...oh nevermind! Haha! ;)

Day 16 - 40 Days of Blogging
Top 5 funnies from the last few days/weeks...these kids of mine, they sure do provide great content for Facebook posts and blog stories! Enjoy these!
1. Zay and I had a little prayer time this afternoon (after quite a meltdown and outburst involving his sister!) At the end he says..."Hey Mommy! Maybe you can pray to God and Jesus that they will help me become a weather man when I grow up too!" Okay...but let's work on not hitting your sister first!
2. Working out with kids is challenging...literally challenging! Thanks for the added intensity on the wall sit, Elle!

3. Not even joking...stuck in a car wash right now! Exit door wouldn't open, thankfully the girl behind me was the owner's son's girlfriend, so she said she would back up so I could exit from the entrance...totally didn't work and the door closed me in for another round of washing my car! Zay thinks this is great...Ellie on the other hand was terrified the first time around...now she is really scarred for life!#hopewemakeitoutalive #mycarisSUPERclean
4. "He's got the whole world in his hands" #playdoh #hewasntsupposedtomixthecolors
5. You mean to tell me that not everyone coordinates their outfits with their snacks?

Our "Moo Moo"
Isaiah has recently decided that we have a COW for a pet. He calls our Bongo "Moo-Moo"...as in that's what cows say. Once in awhile I can get him to go back to saying "Bo-Bo", but only after he's called him Moo-Moo first. We have shown him cows before, however I'm not sure he remembers. And to him, Bongo looks as though he's a cow. I suppose as I look at the picture below...Bongo does look a bit like he's grazing in the grass, just like the "moo-moos" we see in the pastures along side the road....
A boy and his cow...nothing cuter!
