Here's a little fun fact for ya...we keep track of how much "phe" our kids eat everyday! (phe is found in protein) Can you imagine calculating everything that your child eats before they eat it? We do! I remember exactly what my kids have eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner today...as well as yesterday's B/L/D, and probably have a good idea what they might have tomorrow! With Zay starting another year of preschool in the fall, I thought maybe it was time that we start helping him look at the numbers...so I made a little dry erase board with fruit/vegetable phe amounts! Not sure where exactly to start this learning process...but it's worth a shot to begin talking about it! :) #pku

Shower, sink, toilet, tile, walls, cabinetry, electronical, plumbing...you name it my husband replaced it in our basement bathroom...wish I had a "before" picture...because this was the nastiest basement bathroom you can imagine! 110% better!! AND this wasn't all he got done in our basement remodel, just what I took pics of! Thanks for all the hard work babe!!
