Looks like we are settling in for a romantic evening by candlelight...er wait...my husband is literally working out in the car because of work that HAS to be done tomorrow...Pearson - I hope you recognize a dedicated employee when you see one!! And on another note...I really wish I hadn't bought the scented candles...our house smells strongly of fall leaves and a spa oasis! Not a great combo! And on another note...but a serious one - praying for all those affected by this crazy weather, massive flooding and power outages! We take so much for granted! Stay safe everyone!

Such crazy thoughts start going through my mind when bad storms and tornado warnings hit...like if our house completely blows away, how would we feed our kids? They'd need to literally live off of fruit and veggies until we figured out how to get some of their lo-pro food again. So crazy when you can't just eat at your neighbors or go to the store to buy more food! And now I'm texting my husband to see how many hours of no electricity until we have to figure out how to get the generator started to save the massive amounts of lo-pro food in our freezer!? And he is just trying to find a way home with all closed and washed out roads...what a crazy day! Side note...dinner is made and it's a simple one! Thankful for God's protection and feeling blessed that the kids are fed! :)

We absolutely love when the Beidermann's come over! And tonight, Zay told Gabbie that he loved her and they shared their first kiss...actually more like Zay planting one on her at the dinner table!!
